I haven't been to practice at all this year and didn't go to any of the preseason things, but I was wondering what others thought about Marcus Graham. At the shoot around last night before the game he ran off a pretty impressive string of 3 pointers, I'm not sure how many in a row but he hit 5 straight after I started watching. Which was only because my wife asked who he was because she said he never misses. I know he had a pretty impressive JC year and probably would have gotten a D-1 scholarship somewhere. I was just wondering if anybody had anymore insight on Marcus. Could he possibly be a contributor next year that?

Per football scoop Harrell is has been named the new outside receivers coach. I had assumed he would be promoted to this position once Simmons left, so not a huge surprise to me. Perhaps some of you thought it might be someone else. Once he was brought in last year I figured he was an assistant coach in waiting, after hearing how much help he was to Conner last year, I think it will work out just fine, he knows the offense as well as anyone.

According to his Twitter account, Huntersville (N.C.) Southlake Christian Academy RB Robert Washington picked up an offer from Washington State today. The 5-foot-10, 215-pound running back is rated four-stars by Rivals and the No. 16 back in the 2016 class.

In addition to Washington State, Washington holds offers from Arizona, Arizona State, California, Florida, Michigan, Ole Miss, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon State, Penn State, Stanford, Tennessee, UCLA and many others.

National news story os a RB who committed to OSU not knowing that the coach who recruited him was leaving. His HS coach is upset saying they lied to the kid and did not tell him. Evidently the kid did not commit to other schools because of the coaching changes. End of story, OSU got the kid. Urban Myer now says" they have to move on" Different ending in that episode.

And so it is… this could become a trend...

When he was at Oregon EK was able to recruit talented players, even some four stars, to play his system, a system that requires talent to make it function optimally. The question still remains if he will be able to replicate that in Pullman. Tony Bennett is still making it work in Virginia using the Bennett model they used at Wazzu. Recruit decent players and have them outwork and out-fundamental everyone else. The main difference at Virginia is he is getting incrementally better players than he did here and is thus competing for national championships using "The
Bennett" system. Its a beautiful thing to see and an ideal equalizer to the Big Boys star system. Again, remains to be seen if EK, using his model, can compete anywhere near that level in Pullman.

not signing anymore recruits for this class?

Boise (ID) Timberline kicker / punter Zach Charme will take an unofficial visit to Washington State on Tuesday. The 6-foot-2, 190-pounder will also visit Idaho on Monday, and after the visits he'll make a decision.

Charme, rated by Chris Sailer kicking as the No. 45 punter in the country, averaged 41.6 yards per punt as a senior and hit 7-of-14 field goals. His primary position is likely at punter at the next level, though the Cougars are recruiting him as a combo kicker.

"Zach is a great all around talent," Sailer says. "He has a great frame for the punting position. A big, tall, strong athlete with endless potential. He hits a big time ball at times and is becoming much more consistent. A top combo prospect without a doubt."

Singleton was a 4 star, MItchell is a 4 star, Hilinski 4 star, Toki 4 star. Would anyone really trade with either Arizona or Utah for that matter? It's frustrating that our class is artificially held down. Also, how can Utah have a better class when only 11 kids signed LOI's. Everyone else is delaying enrollment which means nothing. Really, how can you even compare the 2 classes? Not sure why I care at this point, but I do.

I don't think I've ever seen Adams from EWU play. Is his skill set going to work in the Oregon offense? Can he run the read option? Connor was good in the air-raid, but he is not a read option QB. What are adams' strengths?
