Roy, welcome aboard. Go Hogs. While I agree that CML would be a good pick-up for Arkansas, it seems unlikely. Arkansas will find a good coach. The track record of the athletic department doesn't suggest that they will get the very best fit, but they will get someone decent. Ultimately for Arkansas, as for Ole Miss, MSU, Kentucky, Missouri, Vandy and the rest of the schools that lack a big population base and don't have a 75 year tradition to ride, it is about recruiting. Historically that has meant Texas recruiting, though the move to the SEC offers some other opportunities. My guess is that if the AD does his job, the next HC for the Razorbacks will be a recruiter; think an Orgeron-type; and have strong and recent ties to either Dallas, Houston, Florida or Chicagoland.
