Adjustments for 2nd half:

Shorten pass routes. ISU will probably start bringing extra pressure to get to Minshew. Look for slants & drags over the middle.

Slow down defensive pursuit. We’re on the edge of over-pursuing, some misdirection/reverses will catch us in that. Bring pressure from the edges to keep Purdy in the middle.

I don't know what I'm watching. ISU is struggling to get 2 yards and then goes 70 yards in 3 plays. Always seam/sideline with that guy - is he a TE or a WR? This has happened like 4x already this game.

I hate looking at it this way, but...

Both of our scores come from ISU mistakes. First was the Purdy pick that gave us the short field. Second was extended by the targeting call. Third helped by back to back big penalties. ISU cleans that up, and we’re not getting in scoring position.

Theirs are being extended by bad coverage & bad tackling.

I know which of those I’d rather rely on.
