Leach defensive recruiting was trash. Anybody with a brain saw that our defense sucked and we saw nothing from Leadh and company they were fix it. Maybe our offense would have been better who knows. This season doesn’t matter anyways.
Is #12 really the best guy on the roster we have to return kicks? How do you run dead into a guy running straight at you that you can see from 40 yards away?
No idea why Harris isn’t taking kicks. Maybe he’s nursing an injury and they’re trying to limit his snaps.
So everything that could have gone wrong has gone wrong in the 1st quarter.
I still think you play JDL for the remaining of this half but get some reps in for another QB in the 2nd half. Usc will be playing the backups come the 3rd quarter so the Cougs will get some yards.

At this point, Just hand the ball off to McIntosh every play. He's 6 carries for 41yards, 6.8 ypc.
Don’t generally focus on OL, but Kingston has been brutal. Besides the last two sacks I’ve seen him get blown up in run blocking.

He just cant throw the ball. He is nowhere near a polished passer. He doesnt seem to have any savvy that makes me think he has a command of the offense. He can make some plays with his legs, he doesnt do it. His deep ball sucks.
He is playing like a senior in high school.
Don’t know what it is about the LG spot, but seems like for years that position at WSU can frequently be relied on for bad blocking and poorly timed penalties
It might be in JDLs best interests to pull him here. a couple more picks here and he’s going to have some confidence problems.

Cammon Cooper is a massive disappointment. Had high expectations for him, but he went from redshirting, to not being able to crack the 3-deeps to now, in his 3rd year in the program, not being able to beat out a horrible, mechanically-flawed true freshman and a redshirt sophomore beat out by the same freshman.
Would be interesting to see who would be taking snaps if we didn't switch to this garbage offense.

This is a season of pre season games. What is WSU walking away with? Tons of kids sick. Tons of kids opted out or just left. Mish mash of guys available on the roster. Mish mash of games cancelled or postponed. Total shit show. How do you get better with all this???
They need to pour $ into DB. 4 corners and 4 safeties per year until they’ve got some guys. These kids spent years defending the air raid in practice every day. Zero clue how to stop it.

Cougs missing Max, a couple of DBs and the loss of some wideouts from last year really show against a team like SC.

Dude..Leach just put up a whopping 2 pts against Kentucky with a team that won 8 games the yr before.
He didn't exactly leave us with Ryan Leaf or a defense.
Who didn’t know this season was gonna be a mess? the players completely get it. Getting experience and trying to grow. the Best you can expepect is a little entertainment and that’s about all.
Dude...leach took us to 5-straight bowl games prior to this year, starting with a program that was 9-40 in the 4-years before his arrival.
