Of course, Clinton DID fund the Steele dossier that was used to attack and undermine the president of the United States and pushed the Dems to try to impeach him. Thus hindering his ability to do the work to benefit the people of the US that had elected him.

BTW, don't forget that they improperly entered the payments to the law firm that did that work as "legal services", which is exactly what Trump was prosecuted for. Two systems of justice in action? Yep.

If they don’t seek it, they wouldn’t be doing their job. Of course they will, and ESPN and media will do everything to discredit us. I believe some of the lawsuit stuff people were referring to against ESPN has more to do with this Autonomy stuff than any of the earlier conference realignment-Big12 stuff. It’s obvious the networks plan is to consolidate and direct money to their teams.

What I will address is court packing, which you also do not appear to understand. Trump absolutely did NOT engage in any court packing, none at all. What he did do was appoint three conservative justices to the Supreme Court, as he had a right and duty to do. Just because you do not personally like those justices, or approve of their judicial philosophy does not mean that he did anything wrong. Sorry to burst your bubble on that issue.

Court packing is is a term used to define enlarging the size of the court by ADDING justices that fit a different philosophy than the current makeup of the court, so that decisions can be counted on to lean to the side of the new appointees. In reality, with a current 6-3 "conservative leaning", doing court packing would entail appointing a minimum of 4 additional justices to the court to give it a 7-6 majority. I Harris is elected with a Senate D majority, you can expect a move to appoint 6 new justices, most of whom will be unable to define what a woman is and think that AR-15's can fire 6-800 rounds per second.

Here is the thing- what the Dems/libs wish to do is eliminate the concept of having 3 co-equal branches of government. They never want to lose a case in the SC, they want it to simply be a rubber stamp for them as they occupy the White House and control both legislative branches. And THAT, my friend, actually WOULD be the end of "our democracy"! Of course, you do understand that we do not actually have a democracy, right? Our country is a republic.

I will push back. While abortion doesn't appear in the constitution that does not mean it wasn't a constitutional right as it was ruled by the Supreme court in '72. That right was understood as that and required a Supreme Court ruling to overturn it making it no longer a protected right.

Several major Supreme Court cases have reversed previous rulings that then make them constitutional rights by rule.

Women had a constitutional right to an abortion in every state. Now they don't. That was a right that was "taken away" nationwide, while still existing in select states. Taihtsat

- A president who 4 years ago tries to overturn the election, incites a mob to attack the capitol and refuses to send help for hours when congressmen/women and law enforcement are asking for help while under attack...and then in the last month says he is going to use the military to go after his political enemies...is simply unfit for office. Dress it up any way you like.
- I'd like to see my party find its way back to its roots. I've come to the conclusion that this will not happen if Trump wins. If Trump loses, and his acolytes pay the price in the party, I'd bet on something similar to what happened post-Watergate taking place...after a single 4 year term by a democrat as president, a real Republican will be elected. Kamala has that covered, she's "turning the page" Unfortunately turning the page in a bad book, still makes it a bad book. Joe wasn't in charge and Kamala is not capable of running anything, so it will be more of the same. Who is running the county? Is the question that needs to be asked. I do think Harris wins, there is too much Trump hate, not only by the people, but it is enforced by the media, and then Trump doesn't help himself. Harris is far left, and Joe was considered moderate when he was elected and moved left, because he wasn't in charge, whoever was in charge turned the country more left. Harris as President will be more left than Joe. The Democrats keeps saying democracy is at stake in the elections, but they are perhaps the bigger threat to Democracy.

The NCAA Board apparently votes to make this happen. Given the Pac-12 was autonomous, and has the infrastructure and rules in place, I see this as a likely scenario personally.
