I wouldn't be surprised to someday see Minshew, Pelluer, Dale and Begg all coaching at the DI level (hopefully together in Pullman)

Gonna bump this thread ‘cause this is a great move. A hardworking, vocal leader who can speak to the defense as part of the team and can give insight on what to do and where to be. Love this hire. Dale could be the spark we need.

I think his impact on the 2018' defense was more than recruiting. He may have had a very positive impact upon the players he hosted. I can't find it at the moment, but does anyone remember the specific compliment Leach gave to the 2018' team that separated them from any other team he's ever coached. They need more players like that. That certain mentality.
