The daily statistics are reported at 3:00 local time. So, absent a flattening....
And, just like California, it doesn’t really shut anything down. The exemptions are so broad it might actually let more people go to work. And good luck finding a cop who’s going to cite anyone for violating it.
Sedgwick County is enacting a "stay at home" order on Wednesday and same thing. It seems like there are so many exclusions that it's bordering on worthless.

They are banking on a lot of people not knowing about a lot of the exceptions, what you said in this post of yours, and that people wont find, get, read the exceptions, and wont be told about it.
And the mainstream media isnt saying what your saying about the exceptions.
All the media is saying is that there are exceptions, name the most common exception as grocery stores, and leave it at that.
And there are rumors flying around that some believe, that this is going to supposedly turn into a complete lockdown with the National Guard enforcing it, ala the Movie OUTBREAK.
Already there are 2 in the Church that I am a member of, that believe those rumors as fact, and dont think they are rumors.
This will cause enough people to just stay home.
They are banking on that. Banking on people not finding out that the stay home order is pretty much makes it so that they dont have to stay home, and pretty much makes it so that can pretty much keep on doing almost anything they want to do, and that that will, would keep people at home.
And how many actually read that. Somewhere between some to most dont read things like that.
All one has to do is goto any big city street, talk to any random person, ask them questions like "Who was President before Obama?"
Both liberal, and conservative talk show host have gone to downtown NYC, started aaking random people simple, easy questions, that any at least below average, semi, border intelligent, semi, border informed person, etc, would, could, should be able to answer.
A lot couldnt answer a lot of the questions rightly.
They are Banking on people not being informed enough to stay at home, because they dont know that they dont have to stay at home, and can leave home.
And if that doesnt work.
They are Banking on that even if people do know, that people will voluntarily go along, because people think its the right thing to do.
The people that dont stay at home, will be in the MINORITY.
And they are Banking on that as well.
Sheriff Ozzie in Spokane County, said that because the Stay at home order is so vague, broad in the exceptions, that as long as people are not in gatherings, not touching, not infecting each other thru touching, gathering, that he will not enforce the stay at home order
Yep, and if they try to enforce, shut down some businesses, that are borderline, technically just barely qualify, but may not seem like it, they are opening themselves up to potential Lawsuits, because of the Vagueness, Broadness.
