He has no sense of pressure. He stands tall like a statue when he should run. He rolls out of the pocket when there is no pressure. He has too many practice reps and not enough game time.

The offense needs another dimension or layer. AG has to tuck it and run. Slide before he gets tackled. Loosen up the coverage.
